WHY ARE THE RENTAL RATES DIFFERENT?

  • OUR MANAGEMENT ONLY ACCEPT 50 UNIT BECAUSE OUR OCCUPANCY SYSTEM ARE DIVIDED, EXAMPLE: THIS MONTH 1 ROOM WE RENTED OUT 600 DAYS WILL BE DIVIDED INTO 50 UNIT, IT MEANS EVERY SINGLE UNIT GET 12 DAYS. IF THE MANAGEMENT TAKE 100 - 300 UNIT HOW MANY DAYS CAN YOU GET?
